 Named GP for Over 75s

From 1st April 2014, everyone aged 75 and over is entitled to have a named GP to oversee their care.  Please note that it is not always possible to see your named GP if you require an urgent appointment but routine appointments are available to book in advance if you would like to discuss your care with your named GP. 

If you are not sure who your named GP is or would like to change your named GP please speak to our reception team.
